“An effective teacher manages a classroom. An ineffective teacher disciplines a classroom.”
                                                                ― Harry Wong
My art classroom is grounded in equality, respect, and creative support. Every student, regardless of background, ability, or experience, deserves an equal opportunity to learn, grow, and believe in their artistic potential through effort, exploration, and personal responsibility. I strive to meet each student’s individual needs.
In our studio, students are empowered to express themselves freely and honestly, without fear of judgment. Through encouragement and positive reinforcement, I highlight progress and celebrate unique achievements, whether it’s a bold brushstroke, a thoughtful critique, or a breakthrough in self-confidence.
Every student brings something original to the table. I believe that with care, consistency, and support, every young artist can thrive.
